Global Star Software Announces Austin Powers Pinball for the PC Platform

 

December 6th, 2002 - Toronto, Canada - Today Global Star Software, a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive (NASDAQ: TTWO), has announced plans to release Austin Powers Pinball for the PC platform. Under license from New Line Cinema, and developed by Wildfire Studios, Austin Powers Pinball will feature a score of characters from the blockbuster Austin Powers feature films, including Dr. Evil, Vanessa Kensington, Felicity Shagwell, Fat Bastard, Mini-Me, the Fembots and many more.

 

In the game, players step into the platform shoes of the International Man of Mystery Austin Powers to face off against the forces of Dr. Evil on two highly detailed and interactive virtual pinball tables. Containing all the classic elements that has made the game of pinball so timeless, players must attempt to complete hilarious subplot missions within each table to topple various evil henchmen such as Fat Bastard and Mini-Me, foil

Dr. Evil's schemes, and further himself as the most shagalicious international spy in the business. Game features include multi-player, multi-ball, dozens of intricate and progressive table functions, a comprehensive scoring systems, and the celebrity voices of film stars Mike Myers and Robert Wagner to further immerse players in this authentic Austin Powers experience.
